CARRIER BOX. 1) U.S. WWII Navy Combat Camera mfg. by the Folmer Graflex Corp. Underside of camera features a data plate that reads "PROPERTY U.S. NAVY/ CAMERA, COMBAT/ 18-C-235/ CONTRACT NO. SERIAL NO./ N288s-14657 1023/ THE FOLMER GRAFLEX CORP/ ROCHESTER 8, N.Y. U.S.A.". Camera exhibits a green painted exterior overall. Khaki canvas neck/shoulder strap and carry handle. Top of main body is marked with a silver "U (ANCHOR) S" ink stamp. Camera is complete with its transit chest containing a partial pack of Sylvania flash bulbs, a Graflex Model 2 film pack adapter, and a Graflex Cut Film Magazine. CONDITION: exterior of camera is very good, showing some spots of light edge wear and a few minor superficial handling marks overall. Transit chest shows general exterior wear and marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sound. 2) U.S. WWII double pigeon carrier. Top of the lid is marked "PG-102/CB". Wood construction with green painted finish and OD canvas carry handle. Interior features a wire flooring and contains 2 model pigeons. Carrier is also accompanied by 2 larger model pigeons. CONDITION: carrier is good, showing some superficial handling marks and spots of minor flaking to the painted exterior. Model pigeons are very good overall. (02-26731/MLW). NON-GUN. $300-500.
